 | Spa Etiquette
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your service. This will allow you to fill out our brief Questionnaire form (new clients only, if you haven’t completed it online) and to unwind and prepare for your service. In order to provide the utmost service to our clients, we cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive 15 minutes or more later than their scheduled appointment time
- Please turn off your cell phone and pager while at the spa
- Please refrain from scheduling a body wrap if you are pregnant, have an open wound, an infectious disease, or have had part of your body waxed in the last 48 hours.
- A credit card or gift certificate number is required for clients scheduling services in order to reserve the materials and appointment time. Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment time. If 24 hours notice is not given, your credit card will be charged full of the price of the service. Body wrap package customers will have one service deducted from their package if they fail to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
- Gift certificates purchased at Oh Soo Slender may be used for any of our products and services, and will expire exactly one year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates should be presented at the time of your appointment in order to process payment. Gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- We do not offer refunds on purchases of any kind. In-store credit may be given for unopened products within 30 days, with a valid receipt and approval of the manager on duty.
- Oh Soo Slender does not share any personal information. Personal information discussed and measurements taken are kept confidential.
- Oh Soo Slender reserves the right to refuse service to any client
- Please refrain from bringing children to the spa as there are no facilities to cater for them, and it is disruptive to other clients
- All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card .12 hours notice of cancellation
must be given. If not 50% of treatment fee will be required.
